Founded in 2006 by lifelong resident Tyler Manning, our dream is to build homes that future generations will want to restore after generations of being loved on and lived in. After working in the trades through college, where Tyler earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, he then went on to take the state contractors license test and earned a Certified Building Contractors license.
Those dreams of building beautiful homes was put on pause by the great recession of 2008. Tyler then chased another passion and became a local fishing guide and guided over 200 trips per year until 2018 when he started building again. Now we are ready to guide you to the home of your dreams and make those dream a reality.
